Citizen Complaint Policy


It is the policy of the Haines City Police Department to investigate all complaints (including anonymous) against the agency and its members and to maintain an Administrative Investigations (AI) function wherein all assigned complaints or cases involving the agency's integrity are thoroughly, expeditiously, and impartially investigated.


The agency’s administrative complaint policy is enumerated in Chapter 52.1 – Administrative Inquiries and Investigations.
