The Lake Eva Event Center offers accommodations for any size party, meeting, wedding, and/or reception. Our large ballroom can be divided into smaller rooms, or combinations of rooms.

Meetings

The Lake Eva Event Center can accommodate corporate groups, schools, or other groups looking for a space for meetings, training's, luncheons, and more. The ballroom is equipped with all of the items you need from screens and projectors to podiums and microphones.

Additional Fees

  • Damage/Rule Enforcement Deposit: $1,000 without alcohol, or $1,500 with alcohol
  • A non-refundable alcohol permit fee of $10 + tax is required if you are planning to have alcohol at your event.
  • Officer fees may be assessed at the rate of $45 per hour for a minimum of 3 hours
  • Any event requiring more than 8 hours will be charged a staff fee of $75 per hour (additional hours must be consecutive).

Applications must be submitted with full payment at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the event.
