On Sunday, December 13, 2020, the Ironman 70.3 Florida triathlon returns to the streets of Haines City.

Over 2000 athletes will complete a 70.3 mile course by swimming, biking, and running.

Schedule of Events

General Road Closures:

• Ledwith Ave. will be completely closed to traffic between 1st & 10th Street from 3:00 a.m. until all athletes have completed the bike course.
• 6th Street will be completely closed to traffic between Ledwith Ave. & Wood Ave. from 3:00 a.m. until all athletes have completed the race.
• Peninsular Drive will be closed from Peninsular Ave. to HWY 17-92.
• Peninsular Drive from Peninsular Ave. to State Rd. 544 will be one-lane for southbound traffic ONLY.

Dip N Dash:  A Dip ’n’ Dash is a fun and fast-growing sport that combines swimming and running. The swim will take place in the Lake Eva Community Park Pool. The run will take place on a trail around Lake Eva Park.
