  1. Haines City Veterans Day Ceremony

    November 11, 2019, 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM @ Railroad Park

    Join us for our Veterans Day Ceremony at Railroad Park in Downtown Haines City. The ceremony will take place on Monday, November 11th at 1PM. Come celebrate the bravery and sacrifice of our United States Veterans. Nominate your Veteran of the Year. To be eligible for consideration, the nominee must have served their country honorably in a branch of military service and must be confirmed by attached copies of documentation. The honor will be presented on Veterans Day Ceremony. The recipient will be awarded a plaque and a paver in their honor will be placed in the Military Court of Honor.

  1. Karate for Success

    November 11, 2019, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM @ Lake Eva Community Center

    Okinawa Shorin Ryu Karate with Sensi Jose Cordero coordinates the Karate program. In this class he teaches children positive attitudes, self-discipline, goals, and self-defense skills. Classes for children ages 5-16 are Mondays and Thursdays from 6:00 pm-7:00 pm & 7:00 pm-8:00 pm in the Lake Eva Community Center.
