Utility Billing

During the current COVID19 pandemic, utility bill payments are accepted in-person on Monday’s and Friday’s at the Police Department.

Program Functions

Utility Billing and Customer Service administers the City’s integrated utility billing and customer information system. The system performs monthly meter readings, billing and collection, and customer service support.

Yearly Productivity

This program produces monthly statements for approximately 13,000 accounts annually for water, wastewater, solid waste, and recycling collection services and performs approximately 158,000-meter readings per year.
